Create your account
Sign up with email and password, or continue with Google or Apple — whichever's fastest for you.
Set up your household
Create a new household, or accept an invite if another adult in your family already set one up.
Add family members
Add the adults in your household (they can be invited to sign in) and dependents like kids — dependents never need their own login, they just show up on the shared calendar and goals lists. Give each person a color so they're easy to spot everywhere.
Add your first events
Create an event directly in the app, or turn on read-only sync from a Google, Microsoft, or Apple calendar you already use — synced events show up right alongside everything else.
Explore goals, chores, shopping, and more
Set up daily goals, assign chores worth points, start a shopping list, plan the week's meals, or track medications — turn on whatever your household actually needs.
Mount a display on the wall
Have a spare tablet? Switch it into Wall mode to turn it into an always-on household calendar, goals board, and shopping list — no phone required.
Frequently asked questions
Do my kids need their own account?
No. Dependents (kids) never sign in — a parent or guardian sets up their profile, and from there they just show up on the shared calendar, goals, and chores. Only adults who need to sign in on their own device get invited to log in.
Can more than one person use the app at the same time?
Yes — that's the whole idea. Every adult in the household signs in on their own phone and sees the same shared calendar, goals, shopping list, and everything else, kept in sync automatically.
Does it sync with the calendar I already use?
Yes. You can turn on read-only sync from a Google, Microsoft, or Apple calendar already on your device — those events appear alongside your household's own calendar without needing to be re-entered.
What is Wall mount mode?
A dedicated display mode for a tablet mounted somewhere in the house. It shows the shared calendar, goals, shopping list, and medications at a glance, and lets anyone in the household check things off directly — no phone needed.
Is my family's data private?
Yes — we don't sell your data or show ads, and everything is only ever visible to your own household's members. See our Privacy Policy for the full details, including exactly which services help power specific features.
Which languages does the app support?
English and Portuguese, selected automatically based on your device's language.
I scanned a barcode and the product wasn't found — what happens?
You can add it manually and optionally attach a photo — it gets added to a shared product database so it (and everyone else scanning that same product) is recognized next time.
How do I delete my account or household data?
Email us at the address below with your request — we'll confirm it and complete it within a reasonable time.
Is Eazivo Family free?
Yes, currently free to use.
